Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: March 2026
This policy is effective from March 2026 and will be adjusted and updated to comply with the E-commerce Law 2025 (Law No. 122/2025/QH15) when the law officially takes effect on July 1, 2026. Continued use of the platform after updates implies acceptance of the changes.
Introduction
SMMATIC is a platform providing online marketing services, tools, and an internal Credit system, allowing users to access and manage interaction support services across various platforms.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to users accessing and using the SMMATIC platform (“Platform”, “we”, “us”), operated by SMMATIC CO., LTD – a company registered in Vietnam.
By registering an account, depositing funds, purchasing Credits, or using the services, users agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users globally.
Eligibility
SMMATIC is designed for:
- Individuals doing online business
- Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs)
- Freelancers and small-scale agencies
Users must be 18 years of age or older or of legal age according to your national regulations. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use complies with applicable laws.
User Account
- Users are responsible for providing accurate information when registering an account. Each individual or organization should use only one primary account.
- Upon registration, users must provide valid information and create a secure password. We may request optional authentication as regulated.
- Users are responsible for the security of their login information. We are not liable for damages resulting from information leaks caused by the user.
- Inaccurate or fraudulent information may lead to account suspension. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations without prior notice.
Credit System
- Credits are the internal balance units and serve as the identifier for the right to use technological services on the Platform.
- Deposits are paid in USD via international credit/debit cards. The system automatically converts funds into Credits at the specified rate; this is considered a purchase of the right to use the services.
- Service is deemed provided as soon as Credits appear in the user account. We do not accept local bank transfers, cash, or other local payment methods.
- The use of Credits is entirely voluntary. Credits are strictly non-refundable for cash, non-transferable outside the Platform, and have no monetary value outside of SMMATIC.
Credit Usage Regulations
Users use Credits to interact with available services and tools. Upon receiving Credits, users waive the right to request a refund or transaction reversal.
Users must carefully read the regulations and instructions for each type of service before use and assume responsibility when agreeing to use Credits.
Services & Scope
SMMATIC is an independent platform providing marketing support services and is not an official partner or authorized by third-party platforms.
SMMATIC does not guarantee any specific results regarding performance, reach, revenue, or algorithms. Effectiveness depends on many factors beyond our control.
User Responsibilities
Use services for lawful purposes. Do not use services for content that violates local laws, platform policies, or third-party rights.
Assume sole responsibility for ensuring activities comply with the policies of TikTok, Facebook, Google, Shopee, Lazada, etc. Any abuse of the system or actions affecting others are strictly prohibited.
Disclaimers
SMMATIC is not responsible for:
- Third-party policy/algorithm changes or user accounts being restricted/locked by other platforms.
- Decreases in interaction due to changes by the platform or violations of that platform’s policies.
- Any indirect damages or unlawful acts committed by the user.
Suspension & Termination
SMMATIC reserves the right to suspend accounts, revoke Credits, or lock accounts if violations, fraud, or exploitation of technical loopholes are detected. We may adjust or stop providing services without prior notice.
Amendments
SMMATIC may update the Terms of Use from time to time. The new version will be effective from the moment it is published on the website
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by general legal principles of international e-commerce. Disputes will be prioritized for resolution through negotiation; if unsuccessful, they will be brought to the competent courts in Vietnam
